Keeping Your Child Safe at CEDARS Short Stay School

At CEDARS Short Stay School, safeguarding your child is our top priority. We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where all young people feel protected, respected, and listened to.

What Is Safeguarding?

Safeguarding means protecting children from harm, abuse, neglect, and exploitation. It also means ensuring your child’s physical and emotional well-being while helping them develop safely both in school and in the wider community.

Our Commitment

  • We follow all national safeguarding laws and guidance, including Keeping Children Safe in Education.
  • All staff receive regular safeguarding and child protection training.
  • We have strict policies and procedures in place to respond to concerns quickly and appropriately.
